What we collect. Only what you submit through our forms or email: contact details, project information, and — for applicants — your resume, intro video or video link, profile links and answers. The site uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to block bots.

Why. To respond to enquiries, scope work, and evaluate applications. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored. Form submissions are stored in Airtable; uploaded files are stored privately with Cloudflare and are reachable only through access-controlled links. Email is handled by Google Workspace.

How long. Applications from people we don't select are deleted within 6 months. Client enquiries are kept while we're in contact and deleted on request.

Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: contact@moonshotfactory.dev.
